Carillon Bells

The historic Memorial Carillon has been silenced for almost the entire semester. UM Main Hall's recent construction added seismic reinforcement to the bell tower and now construction is complete ahead of schedule. UM News Reporter Willi Brooks and Photographer Jon G. Consequences from Parking Fees
