This has nothing to do with the story, but I don't see any where else to comment. Your previous photo at the top of the blog page with the lens is/was much, much better. The shot of the bear on the Oval is not even in focus -- lifted from video I'd guess. The original header was very professional and impressive. The one posted today looks like what you'd seen done by a local television station in the late 70s or early 80s.
yeah...who changed the background picture at the top of the blog site? the new one is the wrong season, and seems a bit awkward!
