Every year students in the
Masters of Fine Arts degree at the University of Montana show off their work for the public. Larger-than-life ceramic figures by Kensuke Yamada call the Gallery of Visual Arts home for the next two weeks. UM News photographer
Carmen Ebert and reporter Rose Stepanek look at how one student sculpts a new idea in his presentation.
Yamada's exhibit started December 3rd and runs through December 17th.
Gallery hours: 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Thursday.
