Squash Off

The University Center held it's first squash off cooking competition.
Sponsored by Students for real food, the group set out to encourage the use of local foods on the university campus.
Reporter Alison Scheel and photographer Charles Thomas discovered what was cookin' and serves up the story.

Veteran's Day


Today is a special day to be remember and be recongize the men and women who fought for our country.
Veterans day is the holiday that once a year allows Amercians to show there appreciation for these soldiers.
The ROTC Programs at the University of Montana is home to veterans of all wars.

Womens' Rock Wall Climbing

At the beginning of each semester the university gym kicks the men out to give the women a chance to gear up and climb together. Photographer Charles Thomas and Reporter Allyson Weller grabbed their gear and headed to the wall to get a lesson on climbing.
